Urgent Message About Telephone Service

URGENT MESSAGE TO ALL DWG DISTRIBUTORS
REGARDING OFFICE TELEPHONE SERVICE

Effective today, Thursday, July 10, 2008 at 3:00pm Pacific time the telephones at the DWG corporate offices will go down for emergency repairs. Distributors will still be able to place orders via fax, email and online but not through the telephone system.

For those of you that have called into the office this week and immediately were greeted with, “You are the 3rd caller” or “You are the 5th caller” or even not able to hear the distributor services agent, you know that we have been experiencing difficulties all week long. And as most of you are aware, that to get the phone company out to do any kind of repairs on “short” notice is almost impossible. This is the main reason why we have not been able to provide you with the kind of professional telephone service this week that you have become used to from the office.

The telephone company had to order a special piece of new technological equipment and with it they will be bringing down the system today. It will take some time to incorporate this new piece into the existing system and provided that no difficulties are encountered the system should be back up and running 100% by the morning. Unfortunately when dealing with technology not everything goes the way it should so should they encounter any problems it may take longer to get the telephone system back up and running.

As we stated, the faxes, email and all access to place orders via the DWG BackOffice Support Area will be available for use. We apologize for the inconvenience that this will cause to our distributors but we can assure you that once this new system is installed you will once again begin to receive the quality of service that you have become accustomed to.

Thank you all for your patience in this matter.
