Jun 5, 2008 DWG BackOffice Support Area Tips #2AREA TIPS How to Add or Change Your Monthly Career Pack Choice in the BackOffice Support Area With the introduction of the brand new B2B Program all distributors that wish to receive any front or backside commissions* need to be signed up for one of the Monthly Career Builder Packs. If you are a Manager and wish to qualify for any front side commissions you must be on a minimum of a $50.00 Monthly Career Builder Package. If you are a Director and wish to qualify for the front and backside commissions you must be on a minimum of a $100.00 Monthly Career Builder Package. To sign up for a Monthly Career Builder Package you must first go to the BackOffice Support Area on the DWG International™ home website located at www.dwginternational.com. 1. Login to the BackOffice simply by following the instructions provided in the Global Email titled, “BackOffice Tip” dated May 29th. 2. Using your cursor click on the link titled, “Career Builder Packs” which will open to a link where you will see some verbiage stating, “Choose the $50 or the $100” and two boxes directly underneath. By moving your cursor over one box or the other you will also see an explanation “popup” of the type of commissions each box will qualify you for. 3. To choose one of the $50 packs click your cursor on the box marked $50 and this will open a box with a number of possible $50 combinations that you may choose from. At the top of the page if you are already signed up for one of these packs it will tell you which one and if you are not it will have a blank space next to the term, “Current Choice”. 4. Click on the circle marked, “Please change my Career Pack to” and then just use your cursor to choose the pack that you want. Once you have clicked on the pack you wish that chosen item will appear flashing at the top in red letters. If this is the pack you want simply click on the “submit” icon. 5. Another page will open giving you information (Pin#, Date, Time and the Selection you have made). It will also have a disclaimer stating that “Change may take up to 5 working days to process”. 6. A confirmation of this will be sent to the email address listed in the company profile for this distributor. 7. To choose one of the $100 packs click your cursor on the box marked $100 and this will open a box with a number of possible $100 combinations as well as all the $50 combinations that you may choose from. At the top of the page if you are already 8. At the top of the page if you are already signed up for one of these packs it will tell you which one and if you are not it will have a blank space next to the term, “Current Choice”. With the $100 Monthly Career Builder Pack you have the option of choosing one of the $100 Packs or 2 of the $50 Packs. To choose 2 of the $50 packs simply move your cursor to your preference and click on the appropriate picture. If you want to get 2 of these same Packs just click on the same choice a 2nd time or you may click on another of the $50 choices to receive two different $50 Packs. Once you have clicked on the pack you wish that chosen item(s) will appear at the top under the term, “You have chosen”. If this is the pack or packs you want simply click on the “submit” icon and you will be all signed up. (See #6 and #7 for what occurs following clicking on the “submit” icon. 9. If you should accidently click on the wrong Pack simply “Cancel” icon, which is located at the top and begin again. *The one-time $20.00 direct commission paid to the direct sponsor for sponsoring Smart Start Dealers does not apply to this rule. To be capable of sponsoring Smart Start Dealers and receive a $20.00 direct commission, a Distributor must be at the Smart Start Dealer level or above. |
